Resum
The main purpose of this dissertation is to expand the understanding of the antecedents, outcomes, and underlying mechanisms of Positive Psychological Coaching, and its impact on workers’ levels of psychological capital, psychological wellbeing, leadership skills, in- and extra-role job performance, and goal achievement. Overall, the findings of the studies – two empirical investigations (chapters 2 and 3) and a systematic review (chapter 4) – corroborated the proposed hypotheses.
