Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the technical learning of goal kicking in trained soccer players with and without fatigue induction. The study was characterized as quantitative, descriptive, comparative and exploratory. Forty soccer players aged between 14 and 15 years participated in the study, they were divided into two experimental groups with and without fatigue induction. The subjects underwent technical tests applied to soccer (TAF) to evaluate the technical level and the running anaerobic sprint test (RAST ) to evaluate the anaerobic power and induce subjects to fatigue. The results showed statistical differences between experimental groups on all evaluation days. The mixed ANOVA for repeated measures showed a positive training effect over the test days (p <0.001) but not for experimental groups (p = 0.069) (Tables 1 and 2 respectively). Table 3 shows a positive training effect on the evaluation days (p <0.001) and also between groups (p = 0.046). The results of the intervention group (Group "i") highlighted statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test in the total number of hits (p = 0.03) and in the same moments (table 4). Thus, it was concluded that the subjects trained in fatigue conditions had better technical improvements compared to the subjects in rest conditions for all goal kicking evaluations (right, left and total legs).
