significativa (OR 2,67; IC: 1,54-4,63).
17,46), e Hipertensión arterial diastólica 8,2% (OR: 9,50; EIC: 1,17- 76,94).
hipertrigliceridemia (OR: 7,56; IC: 2,50- 22,87) y HDL (19,28; IC: 2,50-148,17.
cardiovascular.
Introduction: The obesity is a serious problem of health. Mexico Occupies the first place in infantile obesity, close to 40 % of the children they endure excess weight or obesity, this one associates with disorders in the carbohydrates, diabetes type 2, dislipidemias, arterial hypertension, esteatosis hepatic and the possibility of Metabolic Syndrome. Objective: To identify the possible effect of overweight or obesity (OW or 0) on the alterations of the biochemical and hormonal scoreboards and estatosis hepatic not alcoholic in adolescents from 12 to 15 years of age. Material and Methods: Comparative Transverse study integrated by two groups 170 adolescents with 0W or O (grupo1) and 131 with normal weight (group 2) N=321, stratified random sampling of three schools of secondary of Saltillo, Coahuila, México. There were included biochemical, hormonal scoreboards, sociodemophic, and clinics variables, and hepatic ultrasound. Results: As for the sex and age there were no significant differences between both groups. The obesity precedent in some of the parents, OR 2.67 presented significant difference (IC: 1.54-4.63). As for the clinical variables, there turned out to be with significant difference the sign of acantosis nigricans (0R: 7, 99; IC: 7.99 – 17. 46), and diastolic arterial Hypertension 8. 2 % (OR: 9.50; IC: 1.17- 76.94). On having analyzed the biochemical variables, there was significant difference in hipertrigliceridemia (OR: 7.56; IC: 2.50 – 22.87) and HDL (19.28; IC: 2.50-148.17. As regards the hormonal variables, there was significant difference in high values of insulin (OR: 17.87; IC: 6.73 – 47.43) and the index of high HOMA/IR (OR: 9,37; IC: 5,06 - 17,35) and the presence of hepatic esteatosis for ultrasound (OR: 19.90 IC: 6.87 – 58.07). In 9 % of the adolescents with overweight or obesity integrated the Metabolic Syndrome.
Conclusions: There is clear the harmful effect that exercises the obesity on the alterations at level of the lipids, carbohydrates, arterial hypertension and hepatic esteatosis; all of them factors of cardiovascular risk.
