El Departament d’Organització d’Empreses imparteix diversos cursos a vàries escoles de la UPC i organitza el programa doctoral d’Administració i Direcció d’Empreses. També participa en l’MBA Interuniversitari junt amb la UAB i la UB, i porta a terme els programes de postgrau en Organització dels Sistemes de Documentació a l’empresa; Gestió Econòmica Financera per a la Competitivitat; Tècniques actuals per a la millora de la rendibilitat; Prevenció de Riscos Musculoesquelètics; Gestió Industrial i Curs de Formació Teòrica per a accedir al Registre Oficial d’Auditor de Comptes. També dirigeix un Centre d’Ergonomia i Prevenció, un Laboratori del Foc i un Laboratori de Seguretat i Prevenció.
