Las contradicciones presentes en el mundo contemporáneo apuntan hacia una crisis de paradigmas en el campo de las Ciencias y reflejan la necesidad de cambios en el Derecho y, especialmente, en reconocer la necesidad de concretizar estas transformaciones. El presente estudio, toma como eje de análisis el fenómeno de los derechos humanos y la humanización del Derecho, a la vez que pretende reflejar los aspectos jurídicos en el contexto de los cambios socio-político-económico-culturales que se anuncian para el inicio de un nuevo milenio. Los análisis realizados en esta pesquisa crítico-reflexiva, cuyos fundamentos teóricos se encuentran en los autores que abordan la crisis de la modernidad, soberanía, libertad, igualdad, paz y seguridad, entre otros factores, pretenden, en ultima instancia, contribuir a que la construcción de la ciudadanía plena no se limite a un mero discurso retórico.___________________________________The contradictions which exist in the contemporary world show a crisis of paradigms in the field of Sciences and reveal the necessity to make changes not only in law, but also in to know recognize the concrete necessity of those transformations. This study, by choosing as the focal point of its analyses the phenomenon of human’s rights and the right’s humanization, tries to think over the legality in the context of social, political, economical and cultural changes, which is preparing for the beginning of a new millennium. As a last resort, the analyses carried out during this critical and thoughtful research, whose theoretical bases are found in the authors who study the modern crises, sovereignty, liberty, equality, peace and security, among others factors intend to contribute to the change of citizenship’s construction don’t stop in a rhetorical speech.
