Identificación de factores que contribuyen al desarrollo de actividades de enseñanza y aprendizaje con apoyo de las TIC, que resulten eficientes y eficaces. Análisis de su presencia en tres centros docentes

Abstract

La investigación se sitúa en una perspectiva metodológica de investigación interpretativa. Cuyo diseño es de tipo estudio de casos, a partir del cual el enfoque de la recolección y análisis de datos se ha definido como mixto, de carácter cuasi-etnográfico, en el que se integran diversas técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas.<br/>Los objetivos del estudio son:<br/>General: <br/>Identificar factores que facilitan el desarrollo de buenas prácticas didácticas con apoyo TIC, entendiendo por tales, actividades de enseñanza y aprendizaje apoyadas en tecnologías de la información y la comunicación que resulten eficientes y eficaces.<br/>El objetivo general se concreta en los siguientes objetivos específicos:<br/>a) Identificar a través de una revisión bibliográfica y de la consulta a diversos especialistas, factores que propician la realización de buenas prácticas didácticas con apoyo TIC, por parte del profesorado y estudiantes.<br/>b) Estudiar el contexto escolar de los centros que participan en la investigación, con el fin de conocer el uso preferente que se está haciendo de las TIC en sus escenarios educativos innovadores.<br/>c) Analizar las principales características de las actividades de enseñanza y aprendizaje con apoyo TIC que se desarrollan en estos centros.<br/>d) Comprobar la presencia o ausencia de los factores facilitadores de buenas prácticas con apoyo de las TIC identificados a través de la revisión teórica en cada uno de los centros investigados, considerando las diversas actividades de enseñanza y aprendizaje con soporte TIC que se realizan.<br/>La población del estudio la constituyen profesores y estudiantes de 3 centros educativos de la provincia de Barcelona. Dos están ubicados en Sabadell e imparten Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP) y el tercero, es un Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria (IES) ubicado en Cerdanyola del Vallés.<br/>La muestra del estudio es de carácter no probabilístico, intencional y está compuesta por el 100% de los docentes de los Centros 1 y 2 y por todos los profesores que imparten docencia en el segundo año de secundaria en el Centro 3. Cabe mencionar que el criterio de selección de los sujetos fue el de ser profesores innovadores, que usan regularmente las TIC.<br/>Las principales técnicas e instrumentos que se utilizaron para recoger la información fueron: <br/>a) Revisión documental.<br/>b) Cuestionario semi estructurado aplicado a los profesores de los centros colaboradores.<br/>c) Entrevistas semi estructuradas a agentes informantes claves de cada uno de los centros del estudio. <br/>d) Observación participante, registrando con notas de campo todo el proceso. <br/>e) Análisis en profundidad de algunas actividades educativas realizadas e informadas por los profesores de los centros estudiados.<br/>f) Foro virtual desarrollado en uno de los centros.<br/>El procedimiento de la investigación se ha estructurado en tres fases; conceptual, descriptiva. Contextual y análisis y difusión. <br/>Las principales conclusiones emanadas del estudio señalan que contextualmente los tres centros educativos responden a los criterios establecidos en la muestra del estudio; tienen equipos directivos comprometidos, disponen de altas dotaciones tecnológicas y sus claustros están motivados para usar e integrar las TIC.<br/>Basándonos en la revisión bibliográfica y construcción del marco teórico, se obtuvo el listado de 15 factores que propician el desarrollo de las buenas prácticas didácticas con el apoyo de las TIC, que fueron validados y evaluados en los centros educativos. Detectándose distintos niveles de presencia o ausencia; 6 con alta presencia, 5 con mediana y 4 con poca o nula presencia.<br/>Palabras claves: TIC y educación, factores, buenas prácticas con TIC.

The investigation is located in a methodological perspective of interpretive investigation. Whose design is of type study of cases, starting from which the focus of the gathering and analysis of data have been defined as mixed, of character quasi-etnográfico, in which you/they are integrated diverse technical qualitative and quantitative.<br/>The objectives of the study are: <br/>General: <br/>a) Identify factors that facilitate the development of good practical didactic with support TIC, understanding for such, teaching activities and learning supported in technologies of the information and the communication that are efficient and effective.<br/>The general objective is summed up in the following specific objectives: <br/>a) To identify through a bibliographical revision and of the consultation to diverse specialists, factors that propitiate the realization of good practical didactic with support TIC, on the part of the faculty and students.<br/>b) To study the school context of the centers that you/they participate in the investigation, with the purpose of knowing the preferable use that is making of the TIC in their innovative educational scenarios.<br/>c) To analyze the main characteristics of the teaching activities and learning with support TIC that you/they are developed in these centers.<br/>d) To check the presence or absence of the factors facilitators of good practical with support of the TIC identified through the theoretical revision in each one of the investigated centers, considering the diverse teaching activities and learning with support TIC that you/they are carried out.<br/>The population of the study constitutes it professors and students of 3 educational centers of the county of Barcelona. Two are located in Sabadell and they impart Infantile and Primary Education (CEIP) and the third, are a secondary education Institute (IES) located in Cerdanyola of the Vallés.<br/>The sample of the study is of character non probabilístico, intentional and it is composed by the 100% of the educational ones of the Centers 1 and 2 and for all the professors that impart docencia in the second year of secondary in the Center 3. it is Necessary to mention that the approach of selection of the fellows was the one of being innovative professors that use the TIC regularly.<br/>The main ones technical and instruments that were used to pick up the information were:<br/>a) Documental revision. <br/>b) Questionnaire structured semi applied the professors of the collaborating centers. <br/>c) You interview semi structured agents key informants of each one of the centers of the study. <br/>d) Participant Observation, registering with field notes the whole process. <br/>e) Analysis in depth of some carried out educational activities and informed by the professors of the studied centers. <br/>f) Virtual Forum developed in one of the centers.<br/>The procedure of the investigation has been structured in three phases; conceptual, descriptive. Contextual and analysis and diffusion.<br/>The main emanated conclusions of the study point out that the three educational centers respond to the approaches settled down in the sample of the study; they have committed directive teams, they have high technological endowments and their cloisters are motivated to use and to integrate the TIC.<br/>Basing us on the bibliographical revision and construction of the theoretical mark, the listing of 15 factors was obtained that propitiate the didactic practical development of the good ones with the support of the TIC that you/they were validated and evaluated in the educational centers. Being detected different levels of presence or absence; 6 with discharge witness, 5 with medium and 4 with little or null presence.<br/>Key words: TIC and education, factors, good practical with TIC
